I grew up a typical southern cook at my mother’s side. I can make smothered chicken and turnip greens in my sleep!
In fact, where I’m from… my cornbread is nearly famous!
 
However, as my passion for cooking has grown over the years, my culinary repertoire has expanded to include Italian, Latin American, Caribbean and American Regional cuisine. You'll see a little of everything on my menu, and updated, healthier versions of my country classics – even vegetarian preparations.
 
In the South, to prepare a meal for someone is to show them love. I would be honored to share my passion for food and my unique food perspective with you and your family. I prepare real food for real people. Food for the trendy, the health-conscious and just plain ol' country folk!
